DevilDriver han detallado «Outlaws ‘Til The End», su disco de covers de artistas de ‘outlaw country’, que se pondrá a la venta el 6 de julio. El disco cuenta con artistas invitados tales como John Carter Cash, Randy Blythe y Mark Morton (Lamb Of God), Burton C. Bell (Fear Factory) o Brock Lindow (36 Crazyfists).
El frontman Dez Fafara cuenta:
Creo que la música auténtica siempre me ha llegado, ya fuese música gótica como Bauhaus y Sisters Of Mercy, ya fuesen grandes del ‘outlaw country’ como Johnny Cash, Wayne «The Train» Hancock y Willie Nelson. Eso siempre me ha atraído y eso es el auténtio McCoy. El blues y el ‘outlaw country’ son lo que crearon el rock n’ roll. Estaban ahí antes del rock n’ roll… Y en mi cabeza, siempre oí esas canciones muy heavys.
