Se titula “Motherland” y el 17 de mayo se pone a la venta.

Los de Santa Cruz editan su nuevo álbum, “Motherland” el 17 de mayo.

El veterano Scott “Wino” Weinrich (Saint Vitus, The Obsessed) ha puesto en marcha junto con Jim Karow y Matthew Clark un nuevo proyecto bautizado con el nombre de Premonition 13. Su primer material es un 7” de dos temas que se pueda oír y adquirir en su web. Su primer disco se pondrá a la venta el primer día de verano.

En Yahoo! Music han colgado el vídeo que Sick Puppies han grabado para el tema “Riptide”, incluído en “Tri-Polar”, su último trabajo.

30 Seconds To Mars han colgado en la red el vídeo que han grabado para el tema “This Is War”. el que da título a su último disco.

El guitarrista de Aerosmith, Joe Perry, ha declarado al Boston Herald, no saber «nada» de los rumores que aseguran que la banda actuará en «American Idol», donde Steven Tyler es parte del jurado. «Nadie me ha dicho nada.»

Aquí podéis oír «Under Your Skin«, el nuevo disco de Saliva que se pondrá a la venta el 22 de marzo.

El guitarrista de Anthrax, Scott Ian, ha hecho público un comunicado de prensa en el que explica que se perderá varios conciertos de la banda este próximo verano debido a que para esas fechas (del 2 al 16 de julio) se espera que su mujer, Pearl Aday dé a luz al primer retoño de la pareja. Para sustituirle no ha escogido un 'mindundi' precisamente: Andreas Kisser de Sepultura se encargará de ello.

Los 'deathcorers' Arsonists Get All The Girls han terminado de grabar su nuevo disco, que titularán «Portals«. Se publicará el 14 de julio.

En este vídeo colgado en Youtube por el batería de Arctic Monkeys, Matt Helders podéis oír un par de fragmentos de sendos temas nuevos de su próximo álbum, en tanto en cuanto aparecen imágenes de los de Sheffield tocando en el estudio.

Pese a la muerte del bajista Patrick Jones, Arsonits Get All The Girls han decidido seguir adelante y para ello han reclutado a un nuevo bajista en la persona de Adam Swan, un viejo amigo del grupo. El guitarrista Nick Cardinelli ha optado por abandonar el grupo siendo sustituido por Derek Yarra.

El frontman de Lostprophets cuenta en el Myspace de la banda que han terminado de grabar 14 canciones para lo que será su nuevo disco. Sin embargo, el trabajo no finaliza ya que aún tienen algunas canciones en las que quieren trabajar algo más. El álbum se espera para verano.

Parece que el regreso de Finch para realizar una breve gira por EEUU les ha inspirado y han decidido empezar a componer nuevo material. Por el momento, solo será un solo tema que colgarán en su Myspace cuando lo tengan hecho.

The Mars Volta han subido nuevos vídeos de su próximo disco, «The Bedlam In Goliath«, a su web oficial. El 29 de enero el álbum estará en las tiendas.

El bajista de los hardcorers/death metaleros Arsonists Get All The Girls, Pat Mason, aparecía muerto la mañana del 30 de noviembre pasado en casa de un amigo después de haber estado celebrando su cumpleaños (21) durante la noche. Cuando su amigo le fue a despertar por la mañana Mason ya no despertó.

Los alemanes Heaven Shall Burn, que editaban el pasado año su último disco, ya tienen prácticamente listo el nuevo que esperan lanzar en enero de 2008.
